All creative work, promotional materials, and content produced remain the sole property of GG Group Media. We grant you only a temporary, non-transferable right to use these materials strictly for agreed-upon campaigns. You must ask for our written permission before you modify or reuse any of our creative assets.

You must follow all current laws, regulations, and industry standards. Activities that are strictly forbidden include: 

Unauthorized copying or ‘scraping’ of content;

Distributing harmful software or viruses;

Trying to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas;

Engaging in fraudulent advertising (like click fraud or cookie stuffing);

Sending spam or phishing attempts; collecting personal data without permission; 

Violating the rights of any third parties.

Payment rates and commission scheduling are detailed in a separate written contract. However, please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel commissions if there are reversed sales, customer chargebacks, or any suspicion of fraud.

Important Note on Payments: We do not issue refunds unless a specific service agreement explicitly states that one is guaranteed. All payments made for PPC advertising campaigns are final. No refunds will be given for any reason, including ad rejections, account suspensions, or issues with campaign performance.

The following points explain how the business relationship can end, limit our company’s liability, and set the rules for legal matters and data protection.

Ending the Contract

Either party has the right to end this agreement immediately. If you are an affiliate, you must instantly stop using all our promotional materials and deactivate all associated links upon termination.

Limits on Our Liability

GG Group Media, including our staff, leadership, or affiliates, will not be held liable for any indirect, unique, or resulting losses you experience. This explicitly covers any loss of profits, data, or business reputation.

Protecting Against Claims

You agree to protect and cover GG Group Media against any and all claims, financial penalties, damages, or costs that arise because you violated this Agreement or as a result of your promotional activities.

Data Management

We handle all personal and confidential information strictly in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Privacy Policy. You must ensure that you fully adhere to all relevant data protection laws, including the EU’s GDPR and any local regulations, and treat user data responsibly.

We may change these Guidelines at any point by publishing the updated version on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you are automatically agreeing to the new terms.

The laws of Lithuania govern these Guidelines. Any disagreements will be resolved by the courts or through mediation processes in Lithuania, unless a separate, agreed-upon contract states otherwise.

GG Group Media has the right to monitor activity on its site. If the content you share or the actions you take break these terms or violate the rights of others, we may be required to share your information with relevant authorities.

We also reserve the right to stop or cancel your access and pursue legal action when necessary or required by law.
